Week 2 – Seeing with Attention Colour, perception, and awareness before technique. Week 3 – Body, Breath, and Mark Brushwork guided by breath and bodily awareness. Week 4 – Process over Outcome Letting go of results, embracing uncertainty. Week 5 – Layering and Impermanence Building, erasing, and accepting change. Week 6 – Emotional Regulation through Painting Staying with difficulty, allowing calm to emerge. Week 7 – Coexistence and Complexity Holding multiple elements without conflict.
