WEEK 1 — Returning to the Studio

WEEK 2 — One Material, One Hour

Theme: Deep focus through limitation
Activity:

Choose only one material (e.g. charcoal, ink, pastel)

Explore its possibilities slowly
•
No switching halfway
Materials: Participant’s choice (one only)
Purpose:
•
Builds intimacy with material

Encourages patience and curiosity
•
Strengthens confidence through mastery

“What did this material teach you?”
WEEK 3 — Working in Silence

WEEK 4 — Following the Painting

Cultivates trust in intuition

Reduces fear of mistakes
